Florida Legends Experience (FLE) Event

Event Rules & Instructions

• All ticket acquisitions are final; and since they are a tax-deductible donations, no refunds or exchanges can be issued. If something occurs and prevents your ability to attend the live event(s), you can notify FLE, as you would still be entitled to receive all the signed memorabilia items as part of your ticket donation selection.
• If for any reason the production of items being used in this event happen to get damaged or stolen then the promotors will be allowed to replace or swap out the original planned item(s) for another similar item(s) of equal to or higher value. This may include mailing the substituted items after the event date in order to have them reproduced.
• All attendees with pocketbooks or bags are subject to security screenings upon entry at the discretion of the Alachua County Sheriff Officers security plan, toward providing everyone a high level of safety.
• Please do not bring any items to be signed as NO AUTOGRAPHS will be allowed at the day or night events, since there are signed event items as per your donation ticket selection, which be delivered at the live event.
• If you have a dinner gala ticket then please do not leave the restaurant without picking up your individual seat exclusive memorabilia package available at the same entrance you checked in at for the dinner. You must present your event ticket and sign off that you confirm your receipt of the items as per your specific event ticket level package.
• Day Event memorabilia items will be assigned during the actual Meet n Greet with the player and you must sign off that you confirm your receipt of the items as per your specific event ticket level items,
• Certain items are prohibited, including large bags and outside food or
• The Event Promotors are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and they cannot be replaced or honored at the events.
• In respect for all the other ticket holders waiting in line behind you for their turn, as well as the players’ brief time committed for the event, please limit your communications to a “cordial but brief greeting” when you meet and a nice “thank you” when you leave; in order to keep the event line moving. Any more time consumed by you, other than described, may cause some fans, at the end of the lines to miss their experience being completed altogether.
• You must have a ticket in order to enter the filming studio set! The rule is if the participant ticket holder is under 18 years of age, a parent or older adult may accompany this specific ticket holder into the studio set room.
• If for some reason the event date is revised or changed from the original date for reasons not in the events’ control; then all the tickets will be honored as planned on the rescheduled date and time.
• If one of the players has to cancel the original date & time for sickness or other reasons beyond their control, the event will go on as scheduled but that player will be rescheduled and all the tickets will be honored as originally planned on the rescheduled date.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or
• At all times of both events, most players request no flash photography allowed. If not adhered to may result in asking for your phone or camera to be checked in at entrance booth, which would be returned to you upon your departure from facility.

 

Attendees’ Code Of Conduct

Autograph signings with meet and greeting the players are not just events. They are moments that spark joy, build loyalty, and create lifelong memories for fans! We request all attendees to join in helping make this an “Once in a Lifetime Experience” by:

• Being respectful and courteous to athletes and fellow
• Following the designated line and waiting your turn
• No personal photography or recording allowed inside the live studio set during the filming, as it may interfere with the event award winning photographers and videographers, providing you with the professional video and photo op experience.
• Keeping conversations brief with “cordial say hello” and “brief thank you” before leaving to allow time for all attendees to have their allotted time with the players.
• Following any specific instructions given by event staff or security
• Not accessing areas without a proper ticket, pass and/or credential or misusing tickets, passes and/or

 

Event Disclaimers

 

In consideration of performing or participating in the activities listed below the party agrees to give up the following rights and agrees to the following limits or liabilities.

By participating in the FLE events planned you agree to the following:

1. FLE event is provided with no special express or implied warranty other than providing a charity fund raising event to the best of their experience and abilities via a Meet N Greet and Dinner Gala. The organizers, including but not limited to the committee members, advisory, venues and sponsors of this event assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons, including death, whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise.
2. You assume all risks when participating in the FLE proposed event. You must use care and good judgement and obey all rules and regulations including complying with all requests made by event You must obey all laws of the State of Florida. FLE reserves the right to eject any participant who does not comply with the terms of this section. Ejected participants will not be entitled to a refund or any further recourse.
3. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FLE and its organizers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, charities, sponsors and all affiliates for any and all legal actions arising from participation in the FLE event.
4. You give FLE authorization to use and post photographs, videotapes, recordings, or any other record of our events and full names of any participants before, during, or after the event for promotional use, reporting to the media, and publishing on our website or blog. You will not be entitled to any compensation for FLE’s use of your name or image.
5. FLE reserves the right to exclude anyone from becoming a FLE event participant should they choose not to accept the terms and conditions provided in this document.
