No one without a ticket would be allowed on the active live Meet N Greet Field Set room unless the ticket is for a child under 18 years old, which may be accompanied by one adult parent or guardian.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable as the tickets are in-lieu of donations to these two charitable organizations and not for sale, which are tax-deductible in the amounts allowed according to IRS regulations.

Any tickets lost, damaged or stolen will not be replaced since each ticket has been allocated for a very limited amount of availability, and the event promotors to be held harmless since they have no control over this occurrence.

In the unlikely case that one of the scheduled player is unable to attend on the scheduled event date for sickness, family emergency or other reasons beyond their control, the Event will continue as scheduled and the missing player would be rescheduled at their earliest available date. (to compensate for any inconvenience this may cause, additional amenities would be added to each ticket holder if this rescheduling were to occur)

Dinner event requires every person in attendance having their own ticket since it includes a dinner and comes with a specific seat assigned to each ticket.

Gala Dinner doors open at 5 PM for the Exclusive VIP Ticket holders and 5:30 for all other Ticket holders. The promoter reserves the right to revise the exact time schedule as needed to accommodate the player’s needs or event venue requests.

Indigo Hotel is the Event hotel and a special event rate is available as long as the room supply lasts.

There are two parking garages in the immediate walking distance to both venues used in this event.

Event promotors are not responsible for ticket holder no shows or for any ticket holders who do not arrive at the scheduled or revised times which will be posted and emailed to each ticket holder before event on any time changes or major revisions to the player schedules.”
